Kirsten Gilman: Elephant Class Teacher

Kirsten is an enthusiastic and compassionate educator, she has had the privilege of working at Rose Cottage for many years now. She has always been passionate about cultivating young minds and providing a nurturing environment for children to explore, discover, and thrive.

With over 10 years of experience in early childhood education, she understands the significance of these early formative years in a child's life. Following the narrative of Rose Cottage, she is committed to fostering a love for learning while encouraging curiosity, creativity, and social development. Additionally, she has past experience working in the schools and homes of families with supported children, working alongside and following therapeutic programmes provided and monitored by top specialists in their respective fields.

Tiba Ludonga: Elephant Class Assistant

Tiba has been a valuable member of the Rose Cottage team for five years. During this time, he has demonstrated motivation and dedication in his role as a classroom assistant and committed himself to working closely with the classroom teachers. Tiba stands out as an energetic and passionate assistant teacher who does well both in team settings and when working independently. His versatility is an asset to our educational environment. Tiba is confident and experienced in working with children who need support with developmental and behavioural difficulties.
